Lightning Lane Price Tracker & Sell-Out Leaderboard

We record whether each Lightning Lane is bookable and its offered return window every 1–5 minutes, keep Multi Pass, Single Pass and Premier Pass separate, and count a sell-out only under conservative, published rules — so you can see which passes Typical sell out first, how crowd level moves the time, and what’s Observed right now. We do not capture posted prices today, and we say so below instead of guessing.

The sell-out leaderboard

Typical

One row per attraction and Lightning Lane product, ordered by what depletes earliest. Times are park-local medians over the labeled window — Typical, not predictions for a specific date. “Insufficient coverage” means fewer than 7 eligible days; “No proven sell-out clock” means fewer than 5 observed final depletions.

Lightning Lane Fast Forward

Earlier times. More rides. Zero refreshing.

Tell us the rides you want each park day, in the time slots you pick. At Walt Disney World and Disneyland, Fast Forward books your Lightning Lanes and keeps moving them to earlier return times — so you’re riding, not refreshing.

Fast Forward saves an average of 3 hours per Lightning Lane.

Method

How this data works

When can you book Lightning Lane? Booking calendar

Collection. We record Disney’s posted Lightning Lane state — bookable or not, and the offered return window — every 1–5 minutes for every tracked attraction, and have since early 2024. That is a data claim about collection, not a prediction for every minute. We do not currently capture posted Lightning Lane prices.

Products. Multi Pass, Single Pass and Premier Pass are different products and never share a statistic. Each attraction-day’s product comes from our attraction catalog for that date; days we cannot attribute to a product are counted and left out rather than guessed.

Sell-out rules. A day is eligible only with the park’s standard operating hours, at least 12 observations between opening and 30 minutes before the standard close, and coverage in both the first hour and the last 15 minutes before that cutoff. Observations after the cutoff, and Early Entry or special-event hours, are ignored. An eligible day counts as an observed final depletion only when at least two later not-bookable observations, at least 5 minutes apart, follow the last bookable one and the final observation is not bookable. Days where Lightning Lane came back without a later qualifying final depletion are counted as reopened. Days without a schedule, with sparse samples, or never seen bookable are excluded and counted in each row’s coverage details. This is a conservative observation, not proof inventory never reappears.

Depletion times. The typical depletion clock is the median last-bookable time over observed final depletion days and needs at least 5 of them; the depletion share needs at least 7 eligible days. The by-crowd split buckets each eligible day by that park’s own 1–10 crowd level (low 1–3, moderate 4–6, high 7–10) and needs at least 5 eligible days per bucket.

Prices. A price chart renders only for a product whose prices are in US dollars, record their tax and quote basis, were last observed within 14 days, and pass the density floor (≥14 priced days and ≥200 priced checks in the window). Older prices show as dated history, never as today’s price, and nothing is ever extrapolated.

The same labels apply here as everywhere in the Crowd Lab: Observed is recorded from Disney’s posted offers, Typical is a historical median or range over the labeled window. Nothing on this page is a forecast for a specific future date.

  • The numbers on this page tell you what sells out — the Lightning Lane strategy guide covers what to do about it: tiers, stacking, and getting an earlier return time.
  • Every attraction guide has a full Lightning Lane panel — availability, return lags, and watch-for-a-better-slot odds — from the wait times boards.
  • Pick your day first on the crowd calendar — sell-out times shift hours earlier on high-crowd days.
  • The prediction scorecard shows how our published numbers grade against what actually happened.

Questions

FAQ

What time do Disney Lightning Lanes sell out?

It varies by attraction, product and crowd level, which is what this leaderboard shows. Multi Pass, Single Pass and Premier Pass are listed separately. For each product we publish the median park-local time Lightning Lane was last seen bookable on days that ended in an observed final depletion, overall and split by low, moderate, and high crowd days, next to how many eligible days that share is based on.

Where do Lightning Lane prices on this page come from?

Only from our own recorded observations of Disney’s posted offers, and only for a product whose captured prices are in US dollars, record whether tax is included and whether the price is per person or per party, were last observed within 14 days, and pass our density floor (at least 14 priced days and 200 priced checks). We do not currently capture posted prices, so the page explains the gap instead of showing a chart — it never estimates prices. Check the price in the My Disney Experience or Disneyland app before you buy.

How is the typical depletion clock computed?

We only count a day when we have the park’s standard operating hours, at least 12 observations between opening and 30 minutes before close, coverage in the first hour and the last 15 minutes before that cutoff, and the attraction was seen bookable at some point. A day is an observed final depletion when, after the last bookable observation, we saw at least two not-bookable observations at least 5 minutes apart and the final one was not bookable. Days where it became bookable again without a later qualifying final depletion are counted as reopened. The clock is the median last-bookable time over those depletion days and needs at least 5 of them. It is a conservative observation, not proof inventory never reappears.

Is this live availability?

The leaderboard itself is typical (historical) data and is labeled that way. The "right now" strip shows the latest recorded state — refreshed about every 15 minutes while parks are open — with its own observed label and as-of time. Neither is a prediction.
