Disney Dining Auto-Booking
Every other service stops at the alert: your phone buzzes, and the race begins. By the time you unlock your phone, open the Disney app, and tap through checkout, the table is often gone. Mickey Alerts is different—when a reservation opens that matches your alert, we book it for you, instantly, on your own Disney account. The text you get isn’t “go try to grab it.” It’s your confirmation.
How Disney dining auto-booking works
- Create a dining alert. Pick your restaurant, date, party size, and time window—an exact time, a flexible range, or breakfast/lunch/dinner.
- Link your Disney account. Reservations are booked directly on your account, so they show up in My Disney Experience or the Disneyland app like any booking you made yourself.
- Arm auto-booking. You explicitly turn it on and confirm which payment method from your Disney wallet should guarantee the reservation. Nothing books silently.
- We book the instant a table opens. Our monitors check around the clock—as often as every couple of minutes—and when availability matches, we complete the booking immediately and text you the confirmed time.
Alerts tell you. Auto-booking wins.
Cancellations for popular restaurants are claimed in seconds—often by people staring at a refreshing screen. A Disney dining alert closes most of that gap; auto-booking closes all of it. There’s no notification-to-booking delay, no fumbling with the app at 6 a.m., no losing the table while you’re asleep, in a meeting, or on a plane.
It matters most for the hardest tables: Space 220, Topolino’s Terrace character breakfast, ‘Ohana, Be Our Guest, California Grill, Oga’s Cantina, Lamplight Lounge. If your dates are within the 60-day booking window and the restaurant shows sold out, an armed auto-book hunt is the closest thing to a guaranteed seat at the exact moment someone else cancels.
You choose your preferred times—we book the best match
Set a preferred time and how flexible you are (exact only, ±30 minutes, ±2 hours, or a whole meal period). When multiple times open at once, we book the one closest to your preference and text you exactly what was confirmed. Change of plans? Modify or cancel the reservation in the Disney app like any other booking—it’s yours.
The honest fine print
- Prepaid restaurants are alert-only. A few restaurants (Cinderella’s Royal Table, Victoria & Albert’s) charge the full meal at booking. We won’t charge your card for you—for those we send an instant alert and you complete the prepaid checkout yourself.
- Openings can vanish mid-booking. If someone claims the slot a beat before us, we fall back to an instant text with what we saw, and your hunt stays armed for the next opening.
- You’re always in control. Auto-booking is armed per alert, shows exactly which card guarantees the reservation, and can be disarmed any time. Disarmed alerts keep working as normal text alerts.
FAQ: Disney dining auto-booking
Does Mickey Alerts really book the reservation for me?
Yes. With auto-booking armed, we complete the reservation on your own Disney account the instant we find a match, then text you the confirmation. No racing the app required.
Do you store my credit card?
No. You confirm a payment method that already lives in your Disney wallet. We never see or store the card number—Disney guarantees the reservation with it, exactly as if you booked yourself.
Which restaurants are supported?
Any Disney-owned restaurant that takes standard reservations at Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. Prepaid restaurants are alert-only (see the fine print above).
Which plan do I need?
Auto-booking is included with The Club plan, which also scans at our fastest speed. Standard dining alerts—text first, you book—are on every plan.
Is this allowed?
The reservation is made on your account, for your party, guaranteed by your card—the same booking you’d make yourself, just faster. We’re not affiliated with Disney, and we never resell or hold reservations.
Not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or Disney Parks.
