Delete your Mickey Alerts account or data
In the Mickey Alerts mobile app, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. You can also request account deletion without installing the app: email privacy@mickeyalerts.com with the subject “Mickey Alerts account deletion” and the phone number associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password or sign-in code by email.
Account deletion cancels an active Mickey Alerts subscription, stops your alerts, removes your account phone number and email, disconnects linked Disney accounts, disables push delivery, and removes saved concierge memories and private planning preferences. Conversations are made inaccessible and queued for content deletion. Alert and operational records may be retained with their account association removed.
Limited billing, support, security, and action-audit records may remain after deletion for reconciliation, disputes, and legal obligations. Their retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; there is no single fixed retention period for all such records. Deleting Mickey Alerts does not delete your Disney account or cancel reservations already made with Disney.
To request deletion of particular data while keeping your account, use the same email address and describe the data you want removed.
