How this calendar works
We record Disney’s nightly DVC calendar, including room categories and their Vacation Point costs. A full stay requires observed availability for every night in the same category. Accessible rooms and different views remain separate.
Check times belong to the inventory, not to this page. An older check or a gap is labeled explicitly. Availability can change before you book, and Disney confirms your reservation. Booking windows are generally 11 months at your home resort and seven months at other resorts.
Keep watching your preferred stay
DVC members can set an alert for the original dates even when only part of the stay is available. Linking your membership and choosing an eligible plan happens during alert setup.

Can I check DVC availability without a membership or login?
Yes. This free DVC availability tool lets anyone browse recorded nightly availability and Vacation Points without signing in. To book a points stay, a DVC member must make the reservation. Member-linked Mickey Alerts notifications require your own connected DVC membership and an eligible plan.
Does a full stay mean I can book every night?
A full stay means every requested night was observed as available in the same room category. Different views, room sizes and accessible variants are kept separate. It is not a held reservation: inventory may change, and Disney must confirm availability and your membership eligibility when you book.
Can I find DVC availability with flexible dates?
Yes. Choose Flexible dates and a 1, 3, 5 or 7-night stay to browse a multi-month availability heatmap. Each square is an arrival date. Green means every night was observed as available in the same room category within your filters. Choose a date to see rooms, points and check times. Partial stays and unconfirmed observations are labeled separately.
How do I find partial DVC availability?
Choose your arrival and checkout dates, then look for “Some nights available.” Each dated tile or column represents one night; checkout morning is excluded. You can try a shorter stay or use “Watch this stay” to create an alert for the original dates and exact room category.
How often is the availability calendar updated?
Each room category shows when its inventory was checked. The page reloads stored results once a minute, but that does not mean Disney was checked again. Older observations are labeled as needing a newer check, and missing observations are shown as not confirmed. Always use the displayed check time when assessing a result.
Can I compare DVC studio availability and points?
Yes. Use the Bedrooms filter to choose studios or larger villas, then compare nightly Vacation Points and the total for your requested dates. A points budget can narrow the results. Totals for partial stays still cover the entire requested date range; points are not a cash rental price.
Is DVC points availability the same as Disney hotel availability?
No. This calendar shows observed member points inventory, which can differ from hotel rooms sold for cash. A room appearing here does not mean the same stay is available through Disney’s cash booking system or a rental provider. Use Disney hotel alerts if you want to watch cash hotel availability.
