Disneyland Lightning Lanes, booked and moved earlier.
Lightning Lane Fast Forward is the only Lightning Lane automation that works at Disneyland. Once you’re in the park, it books your Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections in your order and keeps moving them to earlier return times all day. Pick the time slot you want for every ride.
Setting up is free. Satisfaction guaranteed, or we refund your pass.

earlier per Lightning Lane at Disneyland, on average
3 hours

Disneyland days are one rolling selection at a time, so the moves are shorter than at Walt Disney World.

How it works at Disneyland
- 1
Plan the day and arm your goals
Connect your Disneyland sign-in, put the day’s rides in order and give each one the time slot you want. Free, as many as you like. Arm them the night before.
- 2
Scan in, and it books
Disneyland opens Multi Pass selections once you scan into a park that day, one at a time. Fast Forward books your first selection the moment you’re in, then the next one each time you tap in at a ride, or 2 hours after booking.
- 3
Earlier, all day
It keeps moving your Lightning Lanes to earlier return times as Disney releases them, for your whole party, and texts you every booking and every move.
Your times, your day
Pick the time slot for every ride
Every Lightning Lane Multi Pass goal can carry the time you want, and Fast Forward books and moves it inside that slot.
- As early as possible
- Morning (9 AM–12 PM), afternoon (12–4 PM) or evening (4–8 PM)
- Exact times in 5-minute steps: “between 1:00 and 3:30 PM”
- Closest to a target time: “as close to 2:15 PM as you can”
- Fit my park day plan, from the free Mickey Alerts planner
Return times only move earlier by default. A goal moves later only inside a window you set yourself, and you confirm that exact sentence before you arm it: “Fast Forward may move this later, but only inside 1:00–3:30 PM.”
Planning the whole day? The free Mickey Alerts planner builds each park day with timed stops and places your Lightning Lanes into specific time slots. One tap on “Auto-book this day’s Lightning Lanes” turns them into Fast Forward goals. Open the free planner
Your “not before” time — try it
Set a “not before” time and Fast Forward keeps every booking and move for that ride at or after it. This is the tool’s real control — the sentence it writes here comes from the same code that runs your real Lightning Lane.
Space Mountain · returns 2:40 PM
Will move earlier than 2:40 PM, but not before 1:00 PM.

Mickey Alerts app · iPhone and Android
In the park, in the app
Passes are bought on the website; everything else runs in the free Mickey Alerts app for iPhone and Android.
The Today tab
Today’s plan and the Fast Forward card. Each Lightning Lane shows its return time and what Fast Forward is doing (“Watching · anything before 2:05 PM”) and when it checks again.
“What should Fast Forward get next?”
Your goal queue. Reorder rides with up and down, change a ride’s time window, and choose who in the party each Lightning Lane Multi Pass selection is for.
A “not before” on any Lane
“Anytime earlier” by default. Set a “not before” time in 15-minute steps when lunch or a show is fixed.
“See times Disney offers now”
The slots Disney is offering right now. Pick one and tap Apply, or keep what you have.
Moved up while you were at lunch
When a Lane moves earlier, a gold card slides in (“2:40 PM → 2:05 PM”), plus a push and a text.
Check in at the ride
Tap in, ride, and check in from the app. Fast Forward books your next Lightning Lane, and “What now?” shows the strongest next move from where you’re standing.
Running behind? No trouble at all.
Tick off what already happened and the rest of the day is re-planned around the real time.

Lightning Lane strategy
Get the most from it at Disneyland
- 1Arm your goals the night before, before you scan in.
- 2Put your must-do rides first in the queue.
- 3Use a time window for rides you want at a specific part of the day, and leave the rest “as early as possible”.
- 4Set a “not before” time around a fixed meal or show.
- 5Keep notifications on, and check in at each ride so the next one books.
- 6Let it run: you’ll find out from the text, not by refreshing.

Disneyland questions
- Does Standby Skipper work at Disneyland?
- No. Standby Skipper’s own FAQ says “Our app only supports LLMP within WDW in Florida” (checked October 21, 2026). It works through My Disney Experience Friends & Family, and the Disneyland app has no Friends & Family feature. Lightning Lane Fast Forward works at Disneyland on your own Disneyland sign-in: it books your Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections once you’re in the park and keeps moving them to earlier return times.
- Is there an app that books Lightning Lanes at Disneyland?
- Yes: Lightning Lane Fast Forward from Mickey Alerts. Once you’re in the park, it books your Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections in the order you set and keeps moving them to earlier return times all day, for your whole party. You follow along in the free Mickey Alerts app for iPhone and Android. Standby Skipper and Wait Magic work in Florida only, and BG1 removed Lightning Lane booking in November 2025; we found nothing else that books or moves Lightning Lanes at Disneyland.
- When can I book Lightning Lane at Disneyland?
- At Disneyland, Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections open once you scan into a park that day, and you make them one at a time: the next one opens when you tap in at a ride, or 2 hours after booking. So plan the day ahead and arm your goals before you go. Fast Forward starts the moment you’re in the park, books your first selection, and books the next one each time Disney lets you.
- Does Wait Magic work at Disneyland?
- Wait Magic, part of Thrill Data Plus, describes itself as a “Lightning Lane booking & modification service for Orlando” (checked October 6, 2026), and it works through a My Disney Experience Friends & Family connection, which the Disneyland app does not have. Lightning Lane Fast Forward works at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.
- Can I choose the time slot for each Lightning Lane?
- Yes. Every ride can carry the time you want: as early as possible; morning (9 AM–12 PM), afternoon (12–4 PM) or evening (4–8 PM); exact times in 5-minute steps, like between 1:00 and 3:30 PM; as close to a target time as you like; or fit your park day plan from the free Mickey Alerts planner. Add a “not before” time (“nothing before 1 PM, we’re at lunch”) and every booking and move for that ride stays at or after it.
- Does it move my Disneyland Lightning Lanes earlier?
- Yes. Fast Forward keeps checking all day and moves your Lightning Lanes to earlier return times as Disney releases them. Return times only move earlier by default, you keep your current time until the earlier one is confirmed, and your whole party moves together. You get a text for every booking and every move.
- Do I need a separate sign-in for Disneyland?
- Yes. Disneyland has its own Disney sign-in, separate from Walt Disney World. Connect Disneyland, Walt Disney World, or both.
- What do I need to use it?
- Lightning Lane Multi Pass, which you add to your tickets in the Disney app, and a Fast Forward pass for your trip or your day, bought on the Mickey Alerts website on any plan. Setting up goals is free; they start when you add a pass. For Single Pass rides, we text you when they go on sale; you buy them in the Disney app.
