Questions

FAQ: 50's Prime Time Café

Why can't I get a reservation at 50's Prime Time Café?

50's Prime Time Café is one of the most in-demand tables at Walt Disney World. Reservations open 60 days ahead and popular dates are often taken within minutes — but plans change constantly, so cancellations appear around the clock. The trick is being first to a cancellation, which is what an alert service does.

How do I get a 50's Prime Time Café reservation after it's sold out?

Set a Mickey Alerts dining alert with your date, party size, and time window. We check Disney's availability continuously — as often as every 2 minutes on The Club plan — and text you the instant a matching table appears. On The Club plan, auto-booking completes the 50's Prime Time Café reservation on your own Disney account the moment a matching table opens — no racing the notification.

When do 50's Prime Time Café reservations open?

Disney opens dining reservations 60 days before the meal date (onsite resort guests can book up to 10 days beyond that for their stay). If your date is further out, you can create the alert now — it arms itself automatically when the booking window opens.

What party sizes can Mickey Alerts watch?

Up to 12 guests, with an optional preferred time or time window (for example, dinner between 5:00 and 7:30 PM). You are only alerted for tables that actually match your party and window.
