How it works

How to get Capture Your Moment: Magic Kingdom Park

  1. Reservations typically open 60 days ahead on the Disney website and app.
  2. Capacity is limited and popular dates sell out within minutes of release.
  3. When it's sold out, openings appear as other guests cancel — often 1–3 days before.
  4. Set a Mickey Alert for your date and party size; we text you the moment a spot opens.
  5. Book it directly with Disney (a credit card is required to hold the reservation).
Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a reservation?

Capture Your Moment: Magic Kingdom Park can be booked through Disney up to 60 days ahead and usually sells out fast. When it's gone, openings appear as other guests cancel — often in the days before the event. Set a free alert and we'll text you the moment a spot matching your party opens.

Does Mickey Alerts book it for me?

Sometimes. Activities Disney only holds with your card, like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, can be auto-booked on your own Disney account the moment a spot opens — you pay at your visit. Activities Disney charges for at booking are alert-only for now: we text you the instant a spot opens and you complete the booking on Disney’s site or app.

Is it refundable?

Disney sets the cancellation policy for each experience; most require prepayment or a card guarantee and have limited or no refunds. Check the terms when you book.
