4. Subscription and Payment

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate your access to our services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and data
• No refunds will be provided for prepaid subscription fees
